Where do I submit proof of identity?
When identity verification is needed, you'll get an email, a push notification, and a banner on your home screen. Tap the prompt and follow the steps to upload your documents.
No prompt? Check your email — we may already have everything we need.
I don't have the right document
- Accepted document types are listed on the in-app submission screen
- If you've applied for a document but it hasn't arrived, tap 'Request more time' in the app
- If that option isn't available, reach out to us via the in-app chat
My document was turned down
Double-check that your document:
- Is one of the accepted types
- Is not handwritten
- Is not expired, damaged, or hard to read
- Has details that match the information on your Plexos account
How long does verification take?
Usually less than one business day. In some cases it can take up to seven days. We'll let you know as soon as the review is complete.
