Who can open an account?

Plexos is available to anyone aged 18 or older living in one of the countries we currently serve. We're focused on PALOP nations and expanding across Africa — check our website or the app for the latest list of supported countries.

Support for younger users is on our roadmap and coming soon.

One account per person

Each person can hold one Plexos account, no matter how many countries they're connected to.

What you'll need to sign up

Have the following ready before you begin:

• A working mobile phone number
• A valid email address
• Basic personal details — full name, date of birth, residential address, and nationality
• A government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence)
• A quick selfie to confirm your identity

We may ask a few extra questions about how you intend to use the account. This is standard procedure and won't affect your eligibility.
