You can close your Plexos account directly from the app.

Before you close

• Transfer or withdraw your remaining balance
• Cancel any active subscriptions linked to Plexos
• Download any statements or documents you might need later

How to close

• Go to your profile
• Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Close account'
• Follow the prompts to confirm

Closure is permanent. Your data will be kept for the period required by law, then securely deleted.
