Sinku is a financial technology company, not a bank. Sinku App is a technology platform and application developed by MORABI, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL LDA (Sinku), that provides a user interface enabling access to services offered by independent third-party providers. Sinku does not offer, hold, or transmit funds, crypto-assets, or provide any financial, custodial, or regulated services.
All wallet functionality is powered by Privy, a non-custodial wallet infrastructure provider. Wallets are created and controlled solely by users and are not accessible by Sinku. All private keys remain under the exclusive control of the user.
Banking and payment card services are provided by licensed partners. Payment card issuance and related financial services are provided through our licensed financial partner. Cards are issued on the Visa and Mastercard networks. Our licensed partner operates under its own regulatory authorizations and is responsible for the compliance and performance of its services.
By using Sinku App, you acknowledge and agree that Sinku acts solely as a software conduit and is not a financial institution or crypto-asset service provider under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR) or any similar legislation. Any transactions, transfers, or financial operations are executed exclusively through third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
Please ensure you understand and agree to the terms and services of our licensed partners, Privy, and any other applicable providers before using services accessed via Sinku App. The user is responsible for storing their own recovery phrase. If the recovery phrase is lost, the user might not be able to retrieve their private keys. All forms of investments carry risks, including the risk of losing all of the invested amount. Such activities may not be suitable for everyone.
