Trouble with selfie verification

Selfie checks confirm you're the account holder. If it's not working:

  • Find a spot with good, even lighting
  • Remove glasses, hats, or anything covering your face
  • Hold your phone at eye level and look directly at the camera
  • Keep your face centred and hold still
