How do I provide proof of address?
If we need to confirm your residential address, you'll receive an email and in-app notification with instructions.
What's accepted
Upload a PDF or clear photo of a physical document. Screenshots aren't accepted. The document must:
- Be issued within the last 6 months
- Come from a government body, utility company, or financial institution
- Show a residential address — PO boxes, hotels, and business addresses won't work
- Have a name and address that match your Plexos account
Upload tips
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. Your document should be clear and fully legible — blurry uploads will be rejected.
