Lost or stolen device

If your phone is lost or stolen, act fast:

  • Log in from another device (if possible) and freeze your card immediately
  • Contact support via email or another device to lock your account
  • Change your passcode as soon as you regain access

Your account is still protected by your passcode, biometric login, and our fraud monitoring — even without the phone.
