Plexos will never call you out of the blue, ask you to share security codes, or request payments to a 'safe account'.

How to stay safe

  • Verify any suspicious contact by reaching out to us via the in-app chat
  • For emails, check the sender's address carefully for typos or unusual domains
  • When in doubt, never share personal or financial information

If you think you've been targeted by a scam, report it immediately through the app and contact your local authorities.
