Report a fraudulent transaction
If you spot a transaction you didn't make, act immediately:
- Freeze or terminate your card in the app
- Find the transaction in your history and tap 'Get help'
- Select 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
- Give us as much detail as you can
We'll investigate and keep you updated. We also recommend filing a report with your local police.
