Security and fraud·Sinku security

How Sinku keeps your money safe

Sinku is a technology platform — not a bank. We do not hold, control, or have custody of your funds. Your money is protected through our regulated partners and non-custodial wallet infrastructure:

  • Card funds are managed by our licensed financial partner operating under its own regulatory framework
  • Wallet funds are secured through Privy's non-custodial infrastructure — only you hold the private keys to your wallet
  • Your card can only spend funds you've allocated to it — it has no access to the rest of your wallet.
  • Backend communications are encrypted with TLS and authentication uses end-to-end encryption

Because Sinku does not hold your funds, there is no risk of losing your money if Sinku were to stop operating. Your card funds remain with our licensed partner and your wallet assets remain accessible with your private keys.
