Someone used my card without permission

If you see transactions you didn't make:

  • Freeze or terminate your card immediately
  • Tap the suspicious transaction and select 'Get help'
  • Choose 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
  • Follow the steps to submit your report

We'll investigate and keep you posted. In many cases, fraudulent charges can be reversed.
