My card was lost or stolen

If your card has been lost or stolen, act right away:

  • Open the app and go to 'Cards'
  • Select the card and tap 'Terminate' — this permanently disables it
  • Order a replacement from the same screen

If you notice unauthorised transactions, report them immediately through the app.
