My card isn't working

If your card is being declined, try these steps:

  • Check it's activated and not frozen in the app
  • Make sure the payment type (contactless, online, chip) is enabled
  • Verify you have enough funds
  • Clean the chip gently with a soft cloth
  • Try a different terminal or ATM

If nothing works, the card may be damaged. Order a replacement from the app.
