I sent money but it wasn't received

Transfers between Plexos users are normally instant. If the recipient says they haven't received it:

  • Check the transaction in your history — does it show as 'Completed'?
  • Make sure you sent it to the right person (correct phone number or PlexTag)
  • Ask the recipient to pull down to refresh their balance

If everything looks correct and the funds are still missing, contact our support team.
